If I were buying my first home today, I wouldn’t wait for the “perfect” interest rate.

The reality is, you can refinance a rate. You can’t go back and buy yesterday’s home at yesterday’s price.

The sooner you become a homeowner, the sooner you can start building equity instead of helping pay someone else’s mortgage.

Waiting feels safe, but sometimes the biggest opportunity is taking the first step.

Thinking about commuting into NYC? There are a few things most people don’t realize until they actually do it.

🚆 Plenty of parking, so you don’t have to stress about finding a spot.
☕ Grab your coffee and breakfast right by the station before hopping on the train.
⏰ The train gets you into the city in about 55 minutes, while the bus usually takes a little over an hour.

Sometimes the right commute can open up neighborhoods you never thought to consider.
