Are you planning a road trip vacation this summer? If so, hopefully it will be to somewhere cooler than Missouri! An easy way to keep the kids entertained in the back seat is with a selection of travel-sized games. Queen City Collectibles Re-Imagined at Nostalgia Vintage Apparel & Marketplace in downtown Sedalia has lots of different titles sure to please all ages. Another idea to keep from hearing "Are we there yet?" every five minutes is to pack a few small toys like Hot Wheels or action figures to give the kids something new to play with. If you're looking for a sure-fire item to reward (or bribe!) good behavior, we just brought in a DS Lite handheld system that has been tested and comes with a charger cord. Don't forget to pack a few good books for those quiet times. We have all of the popular titles that kids love to read, including Dork Diaries, Tales of a Wimpy Kid, American Girl, Little House on the Prairie, and many more. There are also lots of comic books and graphic novels if those are your kids' preferred reading material.
As always, we've added even more board games to our already awesome selection, including a sealed copy of Sedalia-Opoly in booth on the third floor.
Don't let the heat get you down. Come shop at Nostalgia Vintage Apparel & Marketplace , 515 S. Ohio where it's nice and cool. Four floors of unique treasures to discover. Our booths are #58, 58A, and 106A on the third floor, and #106 in the basement, all chock-full of items for the whole family.
Nostalgia will be closed on Saturday, July 4, so be sure to stop in tomorrow, 10:00-5:00, before heading to the lake.
