Nearly finished this dress late last night. Ella was thrilled to no longer wear borrowed clothes or her pink bunny tutu! Took her to my neighbor 's house for a little photoshoot.

I'm still trying to decide how to hem the thing, but it's functional & looks good on her. Which is good, cuz this is likely the only "mommy" -made clothes she's gonna get - Little Kids clothes are SO SMALL!

Pattern is Flutter & Twirl by Lily May Designs. I've had the fabric for years or got it from my mom.... Who had it for years 🤣 Ribbon is from Joanne's Christmas a few years ago?

London Dress by Violette Field Threads for a relative's little girl. Fabric is Daisey Kingdom.

The pattern called for gathering the fabric, but I love how pleats look. These took longer than it should have to figure out and involved both myself & my mother in law (who is a fantastic sewist, too) to get them right!

Made for co-workers one year. I have currently forgotten the pattern ,but will update when I remember. It was free.

These had a large washer in the bottom of them to keep them the right way up, then finished with a felt circle hand sewn to the bottom.
