Some days it’s all we can do to decide to get up in the morning with an open mind. Other days we’re clear headed, on top of the world, and ready to take on everything.

Happy Monday! Are YOU ready for the holidays? ✨🎁🎄

For us, December came barreling at us like the Polar Express. 🚂
⠀
With all the shopping, decorating, last minute preparations, it’s easy to forget about the “all is calm” and “peace on earth” part of this time of year. 🕊
⠀
Take the time to take a breath- even if that means 60 seconds of stopping everything- to meditate and center in on the true meaning of the holidays. And P.S. that means finding joy for yourself too! Don’t feel guilty about taking a hike, or getting to the gym- your family will thank you for loving yourself like they love you. 💝

Then get back to all the gingerbread decorating, hot chocolate making, caroling and family time you can handle!
