What a month September is!
A month we are trying to fill with reassurance, love, and all the talks. A month to remember that families are struggling with the loss of a loved one from su***de. A loss our hearts will never heal from. The reason quiet car rides are hard. The reason one smell floods our minds with memories. We can go on and on about all the things it has done to our lives, but always remember how much they loved you.
988 is the national su***de number you are able to CALL and TEXT when you are facing a mental health emergency. 🚨
Need to help a friend? Here’s how.
