We know we said we would be back for 2025, but a very exciting opportunity has come up for us.

Because we have to focus so much of our energy on this very special event, we will not be able to organize DLD for 2025 💔 We will still plan ahead for next year's 2026 DLD though so we can see all of our lovely friends! ❤️‍🩹

We were really hoping to see everyone at Dollywood this year again, but we hope you will understand that we couldn't pass this opportunity up. We also hope that anyone who was planning on going to DLD will be able to attend our special event this fall instead. So be sure to keep a lookout for announcements regarding that event.

This giveaway will open on September 1st and go until September 20th. The winner will be announced on September 23rd. You can enter our Google doc entry form that will be linked on our page beginning on September 1st for a chance to win a free one day entry pass to Dollywood so you can attend our 3rd annual Dollywood Lo**ta Day on October 7th! 🦋

Dollywood Lo**ta Day is always in October so if you'd rather wear a fall or gothic coord, feel free! If you're a goth at heart or just really love your Halloween print, we will still love to see your coords.

*We do discourage wearing costume inspired egl.

We've got 97 days till Dollywood Lo**ta Day 3!
With that said, let's look at our main theme this year, country! 🌻

Country egl can be described as a middle ground between sweet and classic. It's a substyle that is more simplistic and rustic than others. It works well even with minimal accessories, which is helpful at a theme park. It can include straw baskets or hats, gingham, flowers, and berries. While that's certainly not all there is to it, we hope you can find inspiration for your coord that will make even Dolly proud 🤠
