As many of you know, I also own the 24 hour gym in town called Seward Fitness. The main contributing factor in closing Lula Belle here in Seward and moving it in with my sisters store Shenanigans Store in Wray, CO was to free up my time to go back to fulltime employment outside of my own business. The gym was my main source of income and with the opening of the Seward Wellness Center and the subsequent loss of business/revenue, I needed the availability to find employment elsewhere to account for my lost income. I'm beyond thankful that my sister is able to help me during this time continue to keep Lula Belle until I enough time passes that I can make long term decisions about both business. I have not moved out of the Seward community and will continue to live here until my kids graduate from high school. After much internal struggle I decided it was better to just address the rumor mill headfirst via Facebook.
Thank you all for your continued support....sometimes life takes us on a path we do not choose or control, moving forward with the best of intentions is all we can do.
