Taking care of our people goes beyond the workplace. ♥️

Our crew recently came together at HQ for a Mental Health Awareness Day, spending time with the incredible therapy dogs from the Pets & People Foundation, Inc. and participating in a restorative yoga + meditation session led by Kimberly D'Alesio Yoga.

Mental health is something we take seriously. We’re committed to creating an environment that supports the wellbeing of our team in meaningful ways, including the recent addition of a dedicated meditation room where employees can take a moment to reset, recharge, and unwind throughout the day.

We’ve always felt a connection to the Charles River. It’s part of our name, and it also reflects how we think about the environment around us.

That’s why we partner with the Charles River Watershed Association.

We shared a bit from their Earth Day cleanup a couple weeks ago, where our team got out there with their kids. This was another chance to stay involved. We were glad to be part of the Run of the Charles, a 24-mile relay race along the river that brings teams together in support of a cleaner, healthier watershed, with participants wearing customized performance tees we donated.

It’s one of the ways we continue to show up for the environment and the communities around us.
