A little story about a few treasure hunters here in rural Vermont... ❤️✨

I recently listed the most incredible 1800s circus bench here on my page. The responses came pouring in, but what made me smile the biggest was that two of my favorite pickers both reached out wanting it.

Wait... I had something THEY wanted? 😆 Now that felt pretty awesome!

One of them, Jessica Davis from Antique Chic and Thrift ended up purchasing it, and honestly, I couldn't have been happier. A little while later, she left me the sweetest voicemail telling me that this bench absolutely made her day and that she considers it one of her best finds ever.

As a collector myself, there's just something special about that feeling. When another treasure hunter sees something you've found and instantly knows it has to be theirs... that's magic.

Of course, while delivering the bench, my wandering eyes got the best of me. 😍 Jessica's shop is packed with incredible treasures, and I couldn't leave empty-handed! I stumbled across the coolest little antique vanity compact... complete with a built-in cigar (stogie) holder. But around here, we like to think outside the box…This beauty is getting a second life as my new doobie holder! 🌿😂

That's one of my favorite things about old treasures. They're not just pieces of history—they're opportunities to be creative.
Whether you're restoring them, repurposing them, or giving them an entirely new purpose, every piece gets another chapter instead of ending up forgotten.

That's what Stash - Vintage,Oddities, and Treasures is all about. Finding the unusual. Saving pieces with stories. Giving forgotten treasures a new life. And hopefully making someone's day along the way.

Speaking of Stash... the new front porch is finally coming together, and we're getting so close to reopening for regular in-store shopping! I can't wait to welcome everyone back through the doors.

Until then, the shop is still a bit of a beautiful disaster while renovations are wrapping up. 😅 But don't let that stop you! Pre-Prohibition Christian Heurich Brewing Co. Wooden Keg

Here’s a fantastic piece from my Stash collection of an early American brewing history.

This antique wooden beer keg features clear, authentic stamps linking it directly to the historic Christian Heurich Brewing Company based out of Washington, D.C. (operated 1872–1956).

Authentic Markings:
The top flat head is stamped with "WASH. D.C." and "HEURICH".

The side staves feature an additional vintage "AMER. BR." stamp.

Rare "Pin" Size: Measures approximately 12" wide by 22" high, making it a highly collectible 1/8 barrel size.

Features both a center b**g hole and a lower tap hole right on the staves, showcasing early saloon/tavern dispensing history.

Beautiful rustic patina with original iron straps/hoops. The wood staves have a wonderful weathered look showing its age.

This smaller size is perfect for home bar displays, bookshelves, or historical collections, plant stand.

Authentic vintage black leather bomber jacket from D.A.N.Y. (District Apparel New York). This piece features the legendary, ultra-popular "Members Only" style bomber silhouette that defined 1980s and 90s streetwear.

It comes in a beautifully worn-in, slightly matte, distressed finish that gives it a rugged, effortless look. It features the signature fold-down collar, cross-hatched stitched shoulder epaulets, a hidden front zipper closure, large front flap pockets, and thick elastic ribbed cuffs and waistband to trap heat.

Good vintage condition. The leather has a naturally faded, broken-in patina with light surface wear that adds immense character. No structural damage, holes, or tears. Zipper, snaps, and elastic waist/cuffs are in great working order.

This beautiful, authentic vintage black leather double-rider motorcycle jacket by Berman’s - The Leather Experts. Berman’s was famously merged into Wilson’s Leather in 1986, making this a true old-school piece with incredible build quality you just can't find in modern stores.

It features a classic asymmetrical silver zipper layout, snap-down lapels, a built-in waist belt, epaulets, and a warm quilted interior lining. Heavyweight, durable hide that gives you that perfect classic punk/rocker silhouette.

Excellent vintage condition. Leather is supple with no dry rotting. All silver zippers and metal snaps are fully functional and glide smoothly. Normal light wear from age that gives it great character. Inside quilted lining is clean.

Antique Disston One-Man Crosscut Logging Saw (Great American Teeth) dating back to the early 1900s.

Features the aggressive "Great American" tooth pattern and a beautiful, solid wood handle with three original brass screws/medallion.

The saw plate has a nice vintage patina but remains structurally straight with no major kinks or bends.

Beautiful antique American serpentine/bowfront washstand cabinet. It’s simply stunning with natural wood graining, a smoothly curved upper drawer with classic drop-pull handles, and a roomy lower two-door cabinet with a central keyhole accent.

Sturdy vintage condition with minor surface wear appropriate for its age, giving it great character. Drawer and doors glide and open easily. I do not have a key for it (not sure if it originally had one)
