So,,,this is the story behind the dress. Deb sends me a message saying they want a Mother Earth themed dress. My first reaction was huh? So I asked her to send a picture of what she was thinking. The first picture is what she sent. So after some time to absorb it we collaborated and came up with this.

I had purchased this georgous embroidered tulle about a year ago not knowing what it would become but I loved it and it turned out to be perfect for this dress. After the dress was coming to life I decided to make the tulle flutter sleeve with feathers detachable along with the tulle train on the side so she could use the dress by itself later if she wanted. I also made the headband with real baby's breathe and real moss to go with the Mother Earth theme. Lots of hand sewing flowers, ribbons and pearls on the train.

So the end result was "Better than they had envisioned" Deb told me. Well, Miss O won tonight in the "Best Theme Costume" Category and I was bursting at the seams (no pun intended). Congrats Miss O, so proud of you!

This summer dress is so cute with all the features like double scalloped shoulder straps in coordinating fabrics, side scoop ruffled pockets and a hemline that scoops on sides.

This will be available at the "Christmas in July" at the Clinton County Fairgrounds on July 10th.
There will only be one available in this size 10.

Instead of doing a booth all week at the Clinton County Fair I'm choosing to do the Christmas in July at the Clinton County Fairgrounds on July 10th from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. I will be in the same spot I was set up last month.

This little romper will be there along with all of the other new outfits I have been posting.

Isn't that Perriwinkle color just dreamy? And those strawberries!!!!!
