We are a Southern themed boutique, gift and home decor store in Southern Hills, Shreveport, Louisiana. We also have a website, which will will keep expanding and we do Facebook lives. We love the South and want to showcase it with the products that we offer. We also offer events, such as paint parties and shop, Eat and Shop or Bridal Brunches. Today's shout-out goes to J J Tamale Tamales (doesn't let me tag, sorry).

This is the Tamale place on Mansfield Road, going South towards Stonewall, just after the Williamson Way intersection. There used to be a lady selling Tamales for years and people loved them. This is a new owner now, so give them a try. It has been there a while and it stays busy.

The Tamales were good and there is a good amount of meat in them. I had the mild Tamales because I don't like too spicy. I am really not a big Tamale person, but I like them and would eat them again. My friend , who is a Tamale person, loves them. I paid around $7 for half a dozen, which makes it a good value considering how expensive food has gotten. So, this is a quick stop for a great value meal. They open on weekdays.

They came in and I love them! The alligator/crocodile crossbody bags and Vintage Clock Crossbody Bags are so cute! The clocks work with batteries. They are in store now and on our website. I just ordered a few to test the quality. If there is interest, I will definitely order more.
