Hey everyone!
I’ve got to share how Pilates Project has completely changed my fitness routine! If you want to see me struggle, just watch me tackle Classical Pilates!
The instructors push me, and every bit of effort is paying off. When I started, I thought I could just power through everything. Now I’m realizing how important control and small movements really are.
Like these 2 movements, Pull up on the Wunda Chair and Table on the Wunda Chair are both very humbling because they demand core strength, hip/glute control, and shoulder stability — plus good balance and coordination.
Pilates has improved my strength training and helped my running. Balancing 20+ miles a week with heavy lifting isn’t easy, but Pilates gives me better core control, stability, mobility, smoother movement, faster recovery, and more body awareness.
