Happy tuesday everyone! Unfortunately I'll be closing the shop a little early today due to a doctor's appointment. So I'll be closing at 430pm.
Also, I got a chance to play around with my new machine and discovered she does very beautiful embroidery! So I made a cute book sleeve, but I'm still figuring out the software. Once I have everything 100% figured out I'll start offering small embroidery projects 🥰🪡🧵 I hope everyone has a great day!

Happy friday! The past few weeks have been nonstop alterations and custom pieces, and it's been wonderful!

This is one of the most recent custom pieces I've made, and she was so happy with the results! If you have an idea for a custom piece, big or small, stop in, and we can chat about it 😁

This weekend I'll be working on 2 upholstery projects and next week a couple more wedding dresses. If your wedding is in October, August is a perfect time to come in for alterations!

40 years ago today, my wonderful parents got married! When I was little, I would spend hours flipping through their wedding album and that's where my love of wedding dresses comes from 🥰🥰
To celebrate my siblings and I are hosting a party in Milwaukee over the weekend so the shop will be closed tomorrow, Friday, and I will be open for normal business hours next week!

Over the weekend I had the absolute honor and privilege of helping one of my brides on her wedding day!
I was there at the beginning of the day to help iron all of the guys shirts and then I steamed all of the bridal party dresses. I brought my big sewing kit and was able to help with last min emergency alterations and after the ceremony I put up the brides bustle so she could dance the night away!
