Join us for a deeply relaxing experience combining the soothing vibrations of Crystal Singing Bowls with the restorative energy of Reiki, all in the peaceful atmosphere of our Salt Room.

🎶 Sound Balancing uses soothing sounds and tones to support emotional and physical well-being and help strengthen the energy within the body.

✨ Reiki works with life-force energy to encourage relaxation, restoration, and a sense of balance.

What to Expect 🌙
Your session, guided by Betsy O’Leary, Certified Sound Healer, will begin with gentle breathing exercises to help you settle in and release the outside world.
You’ll then experience a Crystal Singing Bowl sound bath accompanied by uplifting affirmations.
Reiki Master Eric Knapke will share healing Reiki energy with the group, moving around the room to provide individual energy to each participant.

As the session comes to a close, you’ll be gently guided back with a calming meditation, leaving you feeling grounded, relaxed, and refreshed. 🌿
