Visit the past and marvel at how things were done at the 51st Annual Old-Fashioned Farmers' Days Sat, Sept 05-Sun, Sept 06, 9am-6pm, the longest-running event in Chatham County. The Old-Fashioned Farmers' Day event is held every Labor Day weekend at the Silk Hope Farm Heritage Park. Admission is $5 per person and free for children ages 6 and under. Exhibits, demonstrations, and entertainment occur throughout the day, including clogging in the show barn, antique tractor pulls, a junior dairy show, raffle drawings, and much more.
