One year ago, I ran Chicago for Team Reeve. That same week, Bold&Zeal was born.

This morning: 5:30 AM start, 20 miles, my last long run before NYC. Marathon #9 for the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation. I started running for my dad, Jeff “Papa” Stone. I keep coming back for every person and family living with paralysis. The Reeve Foundation’s research is moving us closer to cures, and their support helps people live fuller, more independent lives every single day.

The miles came first. The brand came from the same place, love for my dad and a heart for everyone still fighting their way forward.

To celebrate our first birthday, 20% of proceeds from every Bold&Zeal sale goes to the Reeve Foundation through Monday, Oct 12.

Three weeks from tomorrow, New York.

Oscars Week, Beverly Hills. Our first luxury gifting lounge.

We brought our totes and the reason behind them: every sale supports the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation. Then Jonah Lees, from the new Superman, told us Christopher Reeve was his childhood hero.

A little later, producer Chris Beal stopped to talk with us. Her mom became paralyzed, and the Reeve Foundation helped her family through it.

Two strangers, one afternoon, both carrying Christopher Reeve’s legacy with them. That’s who we do this for.

Did Christopher Reeve ever make you believe a man could fly? ✨

Today would have been his 74th birthday.
For so many of us, he was Superman first. After his 1995 injury, he became something bigger: proof that courage doesn’t depend on circumstance. He and Dana turned the hardest chapter of their lives into hope for millions of people living with paralysis.

That hope is still growing. The Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation funds research toward cures for spinal cord injury. Through its Paralysis Resource Center, it also gives families free support and guidance at the moments they need it most.

During Emmys week, Emmy winner Eric Martsolf of Days of Our Lives stopped by our booth at the Harvest Luxury Gifting Lounge to share what Christopher means to him. He once auditioned for Superman Returns. His aunt and uncle danced right behind Christopher and Jane Seymour in Somewhere in Time, and he has been back to Mackinac Island about 20 times since. In his words: “Just a fan of the man and everything he stood for.”

What’s in our tote this Tuesday? A whole lot of gratitude. 🤍

During Emmys Week at the Harvest Luxury Gifting Lounge, so many incredible people stopped by our booth and took a moment to sign this very special Live Bold Tote. And now, every one of those signatures is part of something bigger.

We’re filling the tote with Bold&Zeal favorites, and it will be auctioned at an upcoming Team charity event, with proceeds supporting the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation as Erica heads toward the 2026 TCS New York City Marathon. 🗽🏃🏻‍♀️

To every person who took the time to sign it, thank you. Every signature represents a moment of kindness and support for a mission that means the world to us.
