Even 3 years postpartum, I still experience perfectionism anxiety! 😟 It’s been a real struggle for me getting back to social media. My therapist says my brain will feel better if I just post something, so here I am, just saying 👋

More to come, fun new colors and toddler sizes. 👕 🖍️ 💗

Here’s to all the moms out there who struggle with perfectionism. It’s crazy how our brain can make simple tasks seem insurmountable. No filter is gonna save us, but taking baby steps might be the answer. 💪

Grateful for long term friends like for bringing real talk to the journey of motherhood. I know I can be honest with her about my journey with anxiety and she shows up with empathy and understanding. We need these mama friendships to survive! This lovely human is the one who suggested “Breathe Mama” for the onesie lineup. What a beautiful, simple, empowering phrase to encourage mamas in the midst of anxiety.
