There are no income requirements, all of our services are free to everyone. By lear

In order to receive items you must be a part of practical parenting classes (via text and in person if possible) that explore numerous topics. Parenting doesn't come with a manual, and nobody figures it all out before the baby arrives. One of the most useful things new parents can do is build a simple routine early on, even if it shifts and changes as your baby grows. Consistent feeding times, a predictable wind-down before sleep, and skin-to-skin contact in those early weeks do so much for a baby's development and security!

A few simple tips that really do make a difference with little ones:
1. Talk to your baby and toddler constantly — narrating your day, naming objects, reading out loud. Language development starts earlier than most people realize, and your voice is their greatest teacher.
2. Get on the floor and play with them without your phone nearby. Even 15 focused minutes of that kind of attention does more than hours of distracted presence.
3. Get in as much snuggle time as possible!
