Operation pass prom dress code was a success! ✂️ 🪡

Was able to use a piece from the cut off hem to cover this open back panel an extend the tie closure down to the waist 👏🏻🤩 💃🏼

Found this pic today from one of my first ever projects at ! The lecture was on the princess line silhouette. Looking back I obviously had a lot to learn about fabrication choice (this is quilting cotton and organza 🤪). But the lessons I learned in my studies there were invaluable to the pattern maker and seamstress I am today. 🪡 ✂️
