My struggle with weight didn’t start in adulthood… it started in elementary school.
I still remember being called “thunder thighs” in 4th grade. Kids can be brutal, and those words stick with you longer than people realize.
By high school I was a cheerleader… but always the bottom of the pyramid. Not because I wasn’t strong enough — but because I was the bigger girl.
From that point on it felt like a lifetime of chasing the next solution.
Nutritionists.
Fen-Phen.
Weight Watchers.
Dexatrim.
SlimFast.
Omni.
Optavia.
Speed.
Every fad diet you can imagine.
Eventually gastric bypass.
Later Semaglutide.
And through every phase there has always been the same quiet fear in the background…
The fear of becoming 240 lbs again.
Yes, I had been able to maintain the loss post bypass (17 yrs ago) except for those pesky 35 lbs that came on in the last 5 yrs.😞
Here’s the honest truth I’ve learned after decades of this journey:
Yes… society plays a role.
Yes… processed foods and cheap fast foods are everywhere.
Yes… additives and marketing make it harder.
But if I’m being brutally honest with myself…
Weight ultimately comes down to what we put in our bodies and how we move them.
Input vs output.
Simple… but not always easy.
And I truly support whatever tools help someone get healthier.
There are many that work.
But I also wanted something that felt gentler and more natural for maintaining where I’ve worked so hard to get.
That’s why I’m loving my 4-ingredient natural drops.
Not because they’re magic… because they’re another tool.
They help:
✨ Support gut health
✨ Promote better sleep
✨ Reduce inflammation
✨ Quiet that “food noise” that leads to overeating
Will it “fix fat”?
No.
Nothing does.
But when we combine better choices + movement + the right tools, it makes the journey a whole lot easier.
And for me, having something natural, affordable, and safe feels really good.
If you’ve ever struggled with weight — or the fear of gaining it back — I see you. I’ve been there my whole life.
And if you’re curious about this natural option for support, feel free to message me. 💚
