Watch history be made as the lighthouse lights up for the first time in 117 years 💡 The Texas Historical Commission and the Port Isabel Lighthouse State Historic Site will commemorate the first official lighting on Dec. 9 at 6:30 pm. The event will be free to the public, and entrance fees for the lighthouse and Keeper's Cottage will be waived for Dec. 9 & 10. We hope to see you there!
