Hello!! I hope everyone had a good holiday! I am definitely looking forward to the new year! I believe 2023 has good things to come! I am really looking forward to bringing oneshoe.org to life. I am still looking for donations! Maybe your new year's resolution is to get those closets cleaned. Maybe while cleaning those closets out, you come across some shoes that you didn't even know you had. You could throw them out, drop them off in a box, or they can come right to oneshoe.org! Again, I am looking for shoes, sneakers, boots, or slippers for those of us who only have one leg. any size, any brand, new or lightly used. why should we pay for something that we don't need?? if you want to know more about what I am doing, please visit my website at oneshoe.org. I also would like to thank those of you that have given me some awesome donations! If you have any questions, my information is on the website!
Happy New Years to all of you!

Hello! I just wanted to let everybody that I just got done making some changes to my website. I have been getting lots of really good feedback, and I can't wait to be able to get my business up and running!
I'm not asking anybody to run out and buy brand new shoes to donate. What I am looking for is either lightly worn, or new. If you happen to be cleaning out closets, or under the bed, and you find that pair of sneakers that nobody ever wore, please don't throw them out. I would be more than happy to take them off of your hands. Please keep in mind that you would be really helping out the leg amputee community, which includes myself. Why buy a pair of shoes, when we only need one?? You can call or text me at (413) 504-2856, email at [email protected]. or the website, oneshoe.org.

Hello there! My name is Becky, and I would like to tell you a little bit about a business that i am trying to get up and running. I am asking for some help. I am looking for donations of shoes! Why? because I would like to help people who have had a leg amputation, including myself, to be able to purchase one shoe, rather than having to pay for a pair! There's nothing worse than going into a shoe store, finding what you really like, then realizing you're about to pay for something that you may NEVER use.
Two years ago, ended up throwing out multiple shoes, sneakers, and slippers. I had no idea what else to do with them. I would like to see what I can do now to help people stop spending money that they shouldn't be. The shoes that I collect will be inventoried and put away until I can things going. If for some reason it doesn't work out, I would be more than happy to return your product. I have received some really nice donations, and I am grateful for them all, but it's not enough! I need more! I am looking for new or lightly used shoes, sneakers, boots, and slippers. For men, women, or kids, any brand, any size. They will only be sold as single shoes, no pairs.
I REALLY HOPE THAT YOU CAN HELP ME!! MAYBE ITS TIME TO CLEAN CLOSETS, CHECK BINS, AND WHEREVER YOU MIGHT HAVE SOME SHOES STASHED AWAY! PLEASE LET ME TAKE THEM OFF OF YOUR HANDS! ALL DONATIONS ARE APPRECIATED!
I CAN BE REACHED AT (413) 504-2856 (TEXT IS GOOD TOO)
[email protected], AND MY WEBSITE, ONESHOE.ORG. YOU CAN ALSO LEAVE ME A MESSAGE IN THE CHAT BOT ON MY WEBSITE!
I LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU!

Hello!! I'm sure that most of you have seen my posts regarding oneshoe.org. If not, I will make a long story short. Eight years ago, I became extremely ill. By the time I went to the hospital, things weren't looking good. The doctors had no clue what was happening, because it certainly wasn't anything they had seen before. The last thing I remember before I was put into a coma, was my kids. Then I didn't see them again for a couple months. They all came to see me, I just didn't know. In all reality, I shouldn't even be here. I found out later that when I was brought into the emergency room, I had a 4% chance of survival, and my family was called to come say goodbye. Well, eight very long and painful months later, I got to go home. I lost a few parts on the way, but I was alive, and finally got to go home. I lost my left arm, right leg, vision in my left eye, my left hip was replaced, lots of muscle was dead and removed, and my left ankle is fused, meaning I cannot really move it. All of this because of a deadly disease called necrotizing fasciitis. Which is a flesh-eating disease. It literally does what it says. Eats your flesh.
It's been eight years. In those eight years, I've been trying to find something to do that would help people with a leg amputation. I have been doing a lot of thinking about what I like to do if I've been feeling down. Then I realized that I absolutely love shoes. Especially sneakers. I have spoken with multiple other people who say that buying shoes is actually a stress reliever. I believe that. Everybody looks good in a nice pair of shoes! The difference between those with two legs, and those with one, is that when we go to a shoe store, we have to buy a pair. They don't typically come in singles. Buying a pair gets expensive for those of us who only need one. I would like to try to change this, because I can't tell you how many brand- new shoes I have thrown out because I can't wear them. Ever. So, I would like to try to start a small business selling shoes to leg amputees at a fraction of the cost of what we pay for a pair.
RIGHT NOW I AM LOOKING FOR SHOE DONATIONS!! NEW OR LIGHTLY USED. ALL WILL BE SEPERATED AND SOLD AS SINGLE SHOES. IM LOOKING FOR MENS, WOMEN, AND KIDS SHOES, SNEAKERS, BOOTS, AND SLIPPERS. MAYBE ITS TIME TO CLEAN OUT SOME CLOSETS! LOOK IN BOXES OR BINS! IF YOU FIND ANY SHOES IN NICE SHAPE, PLEASE KEEP ME IN MIND. I WILL GLADLY TAKE THEM OFF YOUR HANDS!
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, OR WOULD LIKE MORE INFORMATION, I CAN BE REACHED AT (413) 504-2856 (TEXTING IS GOOD TOO), [email protected], AND PLEASE CHECK OUT THE WEBSITE AT ONESHOE.ORG! I LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU!

HELLO!  I AM STILL WORKING ON COLLECTING FOOTWEAR! I HAVE BEEN HAVING SOME PRETTY GOOD LUCK WITH DONATIONS, BUT I NEED TO GET MY NAME OUT THERE SO I CAN START COLLECTING MORE!

Hello everyone! I just wanted to give you all an update about oneshoe.org. I have been working on my website, and that should be good in the next few days. I have had quite a few hits on my website, but I really need to get more people interested in my cause. I need people to understand what it is that I am trying to do, which is to collect as many shoe donations as possible! Why? Well, there are a few reasons. First, all donations will be going to those who have had a leg amputation. Any footwear that is donated as pairs will be split up into single shoes. I am looking for new, or lightly worn footwear, with sizes ranging from two or three in kids, up until who really knows when?? I am looking for any style or brand of shoe, and the best part? It will be for leg amputees only! I just want people to be aware that I am looking for donations in order for this to work! All donations of shoes can be dropped off at my place, or I could meet you somewhere to get them. If that won't work, then I will be happy to figure something else out. Due to my amputation, I'm unable to drive, but we will make it work.
I am not asking for anybody to go running to the shoe store and spend all kinds of money on shoes. What I am asking for, is if you could check the back of your closet, a couple bins in the basement, or maybe you found a bunch of hardly worn shoes sitting in a bin in a closet. If they have been sitting that long in a closet, then they can't be too important! I would love to take them off your hands! All donations are being inventoried and kept on shelves for now. Once I can get this business up and running, the goal is to get new/lightly worn shoes to amputees for the fraction of the cost of a shoe store! Why pay for something you will never use?? PLEASE HELP ME TO BE ABLE TO PUT A COMFY SHOE ON A VETERAN! PLEASE! WHATEVER YOU CAN DONATE WILL BE APPRECIATED!! THANK YOU! I HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU SOON!!

Hello there!! I hope you are all doing well! I just wanted to take a minute to tell you a little bit about oneshoe.org. I am working very hard to start a business for people with leg amputations. Why should those of us with one leg have to buy two shoes? I am in the process of collecting donations of any type of footwear. new or lightly used shoes would be best. I am going to sell them at a fraction of the price that you would pay at a shoe store, and they are single shoes. Below is a couple of the latest donations I have received. If you find some good shoes hiding in your closet, please don't throw them out!! I would be happy to take them off of your hands!!
