Our company Epic Enterprises is hiring for assembly technician position in our assembly department. Pay will start in the $14 - $17/hr. range (depending on skills and experience). Summer hours are 6am – 2pm to mitigate the heat. Regular hours are 7am – 3:30pm starting end of September. 40 hours per week minimum, M-F. Epic offers group health, life, and hospitalization insurance. We also offer a 401k retirement plan.

Assembly Technician Job Description
• Perform assembly of components into complete assemblies
• Glue, fasten, attach, and screw together components and assemblies
• Perform pre-assembly activities such as cleaning and lubricating
• Deburr, clean, and polish components
• Perform final checks and adjustments for any defects to ensure high quality products
• Perform repairs, inspections, reassembly, replacing, refitting, and adjusting products as required
• Perform precision calibration and advanced adjustments using testing instruments
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area
Skills and Experience
• Good manual (hand) dexterity
• Experience working in manufacturing production or assembly is preferred but not required
• Self-motivated
• Using various mechanical and electric hand tools like drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, punches, Dremel, etc.
• Experience working in a team environment
• Work at a fast pace while still maintaining concentration and attention to detail
• Bring a positive attitude to work with a willingness to listen,
work with others, improve, and learn every day
Education Requirements
• High-School Diploma or equivalent
