A scleral lens is a large diameter custom made lens that vaults over the cornea and rests on the white of the eye (sclera).
Because it doesn't touch the cornea it can restore sharp comfortable vision even to an irregular cornea. Keratoconus, post surgical eyes, severe dry eye, and more!
