Employee Links meets with job seekers in a 90 minute session to help assess their resumes, identify specific skills related to the job position, review interview process and te
chniques as well as prepare for employment testing. The goal of Employee Links service is to provide job seekers with tools and knowledge that will help them make their best presentation and increase their competitive edge in the job market while helping the employer expedite the hiring process by matching them with candidates who meet specific job qualifications and requirements. We maintain a relationship with employment professionals who trust us to provide them with a pool of candidates who are ready for interview and hire. Employment link works with you throughout the entire process. This 90 minute session is the first step to being linked to your next job. This session consists of training and development by a team of human service professionals with years of recruitment, job development and training experience.
