Have you ever asked yourself "what is my life for?"

I believe it's for learning and growth, and in becoming the person God knows you can be! I believe that He does know best, and as we give our will to Him, our paths become more clear and we can gain a Heavenly peace and comfort while on that path. It definitely doesn't mean trials will end, because that is part of growth. But it does mean you can have comfort and peace during those times and that can help the burden feel lighter!

Hello Monday...we meet again!

I love Mondays! But I didn't always, in fact I used to dread them! But changing my mindset to realizing Monday is a fresh start to a new week, and it sets the tone of how you're gonna treat your week; I've come to realize the importance of my attitude towards Monday's. Now I get excited to see what adventures await my week, what goals I'm gonna hit, what new people I'm gonna meet, what ideas I can create and put into light!

"When you show up authentic, you create the space for others to do the same!"

For years and years I thought I had to hide behind the face that others wanted me to be! Eventually that led to daily suicidal thoughts and self hate. Once I decided to seek help, removed toxic mindsets and end the mind control I was allowing others to have.... I've slowly found opportunities to find the puzzle pieces of my authentic self! I feel there's a million pieces to find, but I'm in that journey and it's creating a better atmosphere of living. I hope I can provide a surrounding where everyone I know or meet can feel safe enough to truly be their authentic self as well... and that doesn't mean we'll agree on EVERYTHING, it means that we know we're safe to be ourselves and still feel our individual self worth.
