We will have Inland Northwest designers, accessories creators, hair stylists, makeup artists, photographers and models. Each of these positions will be available by application only! If you are selected, your team will have the opportunity to showcase your skills to our distinguished guests. Who will review the applications? The STRUT Board will review each of the applications and choose only six (6) fashion teams to showcase their work together. You will all apply individually and be placed together as a team by the board. However; you may request those that you would like to work with. Who is invited? This event is by invitation only and is meant for the fashion teams to showcase their work to businesses such as boutiques, salons, personal stylists, fashionistas or those who would like to get involved with the charity. While there are many great local fashion shows and charity events, we have noticed over the years that boutiques tend to put on the fashion shows and potential individual clients come. We've decided to switch things up a bit by giving the boutiques the chance to see all of the amazing talent they can be bringing to their stores from right here in the area. During this 5 hour event, our guests will hear from special guest speakers, mix and mingle to live music while viewing our lovely items at the silent auction table, enjoy a 3 course dinner as well as enjoy a fashion show. This year, we will also be adding vending booths and live painting. Each of the artists paintings will be raffled off at the close of the evening. After the show is over, the models and fashion teams will emerge from backstage so that guests can get ask questions about the collections and products. This is a Non-Profit event and all proceeds go to The Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery.
