This post marks my 100th post for Opal & Reu! It’s kind of crazy to think back when I first started this little shop that one of my biggest concerns was not having any photos to share 😂🙈

I hope you guys are as excited about these house plant themed onesies as I am! If you watch my stories you might know that I’m slightly obsessed with plants 😅
Since crochet takes quite a bit of time to finish each piece I’ve been wanting to add some ready to ship items to my shop. So I had an idea to come out with a houseplant collection of shirts. I reached out to my talented friend .art and you guys! She 👏🏻 did 👏🏻 so 👏🏻 good👏🏻
These turned out better than I imagined and I can’t wait to add them to the shop! Stay tuned for a drop date on these babies 🙌🏻

Is anyone up for a little meet the maker Monday? I’m Micah and I honestly dread writing introductions about myself 🙈 I’m a serious introvert so when Erika asked if I wanted my picture taken I wanted to scream NO! But I complied .😂
Anyways this post will probably be pretty jumbled and awkward but that’s how I am so here we go!
If you’ve been following me for a while your probably know my kids names are Opal and Reuben hence the shop name Opal & Reu. I started this little account to fulfill my need to create.
I love animals so you’ve probably seen a few videos of my sheep and horses in my stories. 🐴 🐑
I also love being a mama! I get asked a lot of we are done having kids and my answer is normally “we are done for now” I don’t even know what that means 🙈 I just know that we need to have a little more living space before we add another baby to our family...
Last thing I’ll say is although I may be an introvert I have loved getting to know so many wonderful people through Instagram. I never expected that when I started this shop I would meet so many Instagram friends that would turn into real life friends! I would love for you all to comment with something about yourself so I can get to know more of you.

When you become a Mother you start to realize how quickly time goes by. Like how was this picture taken six months ago?! It feels like yesterday that Opal was this little. This was before she could even talk and now she’s chatting my ear off 24/7 😭😭💕
