Hello all, just a little update. My Etsy shop is back open and has been for over a month now, I just forgot to post about it. 😆 I’m not sure the next time I’ll be able to put anything new on there as life has been kicking my ass lately! I like to be as transparent and authentic as I can so I’ve written something up to go into a little more detail about why I’ve been so absent lately. If you’re not interested in any of that hoopla you can skip the rest of the picture slides and just enjoy these cute little earrings I made my for my best friend’s birthday. 💖

TLDR; I spent over a month cleaning my new apt among dealing with other nightmares from this rental company. We unexpectedly took in my 94 year old grandfather because my dad is an as***le. Not long after his arrival he ended up in the hospital for a week and we learned he needs way more care than we can give him. Also dealing with my own medical issues is a forever battle. Despite everything, I refuse to give up on Chaotic Cuties. When I’m able to, I plan to rise like a pheonix from the ashes to make my vision come to life. (Dramatic, I know 🤣)

Barbie Babe earrings 💖

Unfortunately I did not get a good picture of these by themselves before they got packed up but I did get plenty of me modeling them at Bass Canyon. 🤣

These were cool to make because I got to place each individual flower exactly where I wanted it in the resin. I’ve also been enjoying using different styles of chain to spice things up with my latest pieces.

I’ve really been missing creating lately with all of my things being packed up. Getting things situated is taking a lot longer than I had hoped. I’m hoping that by next weekend I’ll at least be able to have my shop opened up again to where I can ship already made items. And fingers crossed soon after that I can get back to doing what I love the most, creating wearable art! 💖

My shop is on a brief pause while I’m moving into a new place. Pretty soon I’ll have an entire room for my Chaotic Cutie shenanigans. 🤩 I can’t wait to start putting together my new space. Just imagine all the things I’ll create in there. 💖 So excited for this new journey and growth.

My first round of resin charms! ✨

I definitely still have a lot to learn but I’m actually pretty impressed with how these turned out. There are quite a few imperfections so I will probably only use these for kandi purposes but I am so excited to make more and improve my skills so that I can put some of these cuties in my shop.

With these specific charms there are some details that need to be painted on as you can see I already tried to do that on the lips and kinda failed. 😅 I don’t quite have the right materials for that yet but I will soon. I can’t wait to make more and really get creative with it! 💖
