3rd Blending the break.
4th Fueling the mind, body and range.

$120.00 for all 4 sessions.

1 session = 1 hour. Must pay before starting 1st session.
Dress in comfortable exercise clothing and bring a bottle of water. Make sure to eat a light snack before sessions.
