📚 DTF VOCAB: TRANSPARENT SPACE
If you’ve ever pressed a design and thought, “WHY is there a box around it?!” 😳 This is one DTF term you need to know!
Transparent space is the clear or empty area around and inside your design. There’s no background color hiding there, which means when your transfer is pressed, only the design presses onto the garment. 🙌
No mystery box. No surprise background. Just your design exactly where it belongs. 👏
💡 Quick tip: That white background you see on your screen may look harmless, but if it isn’t actually transparent, it can become part of your transfer.

🚨 MYTH BUSTED: You have to order hundreds of DTF transfers to make it worth it.
Nope. Need one transfer? Order one. 🙌
Starting small means you can test new designs, see what your customers actually want, and avoid spending money on a pile of transfers for a design you thought everyone was going to love. 😅
You don't have to have a huge inventory to start making shirts. Sometimes the smartest way to grow is one order at a time.
