✨ We’re Hiring at Love, Rae Grace Boutique! ✨

Do you love fashion, creating content, and making people feel welcome? We’re looking for a creative, dependable, and outgoing person to join our growing team!

Applicants must be 17 or older.

What we’re looking for:
🤍 Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people
🤍 Comfortable creating Instagram Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other social media content l
🤍 Self-motivated and able to stay productive during slower moments by organizing, creating content, or helping wherever needed
🤍 Comfortable opening or closing the boutique independently after training
🤍 Willing to jump in and help with pop-ups, workshops, markets, and special events throughout the year
🤍 Retail experience is a plus, but not required we’re happy to train the right person!

Availability (please read carefully):

We’re a small business, so flexibility is incredibly important. We’re looking for someone with open availability on weekdays, weeknights, and Saturdays. Schedules will vary based on the needs of the business, special events, and occasional schedule changes, so we’re looking for someone who is flexible and dependable. Sunday availability is a bonus, but not required.

This is more than just working the register. You’ll help create a welcoming shopping experience, keep the boutique looking its best, assist customers, create engaging social media content, and help us continue growing our amazing community.

✨ Our very first Third Saturday Market is almost here, and we couldn’t be more excited!

If you’ve been around Love, Rae Grace for a while, you know we love bringing people together. Over the past year, we’ve hosted pop-ups, family events, workshops, and community gatherings and we can’t wait to make a tradition of one.

Join us this Saturday, July 18, from 3–7 PM for an afternoon of shopping, delicious food and drinks, adoptable pups, handmade goods, and so many talented local vendors both inside and outside the boutique. And we’re not done yet! We’re putting the finishing touches on a few more exciting vendors that we’ll be sharing this week.
