You guys have been loving these Manuka honey sticks, and honestly, I can barely keep them in stock! 🍯 My full-time job has literally been making them day and night. 😅
One of the hardest parts was figuring out how to scale up production without ruining all the incredible natural properties of the honey. 🌡️ I can’t go too high on the heat, but as soon as the temperature drops, it hardens up instantly. Finding that sweet spot where I could pour quickly felt like a lost cause... but don’t worry, I FINALLY figured it out! 🎉
