Hello everyone! A little bit different type of post from me today but please hear me out.
In light of recent events and the Supreme Court ruling to uphold the ban on TikTok I will be stepping away from all Meta affiliated apps. In an act of protest I will be deleting all meta apps from my devices for at least a week, if not indefinitely.
I have built two separate businesses solely on facebook over the last 4 years and I know the importance of social media and the communities we build for business owners. While I do not currently have a business on TikTok, many others do. Small businesses just like me and for many of them it is their only source of income. Their livelihoods are being stripped away over government corruption and control.
What does this mean for my business? Well it means that I’m willing to sacrifice potential orders and the progress I have made in order to stand with the people, the ones whose voices weren’t heard.
I would still love to make ponchos for your families so I would like to ask that all inquiries please send me an email at [email protected]. I will also attach my order form link. I will receive an email anytime someone submits the form and will reach out to you as soon as possible. Facebook messenger and Facebook pay have been removed from the form and all communication will be through email or text message during this time. I want to thank all of you for the support you have given me and the success you have helped me achieve. Without social media and this community it wouldn’t have been possible.
Please remember that divided we fall but united we stand! This is not a left or right, red or blue issue, this is a top of the barrel vs bottom of the barrel issue. We are all in this together. When they are allowed to take little, they will continue to take until there is nothing left. Don’t give up. Don’t give in. It is time to stand up for we the people and our constitutional rights as Americans!
Be the change you wish to see in the world. Hug your babies and take care of your neighbors. Reach out to your friends and make sure they know how much you care about them. Live freely, love hard and keep your faith. Until next time friends ❤️
