I'm really good at forgetting to take pictures of things l make beforehand so these were all taken at shows; l apologize for the poor quality. But I've been making shadow boxes and wanted to share some of my designs!!

All my ideas and talent is God given! He designs the beautiful butterflies, l just preserve them. :)

This is my beautiful sister and her passion, Her calming breath work has helped me in stressful situations.
Being autistic I think some of the skills she teaches are extra valuable to others like me.
If you're a holistic kind of person/ love nature/ self growth, you'll love this workshop and she'll have a giveaway too! ( Drawn from the names of the people that signed up). An exclusive new craft I'm dropping for the first time tommrow! I'll have a few at the Moth Market in Joplin too but those arnt give aways lol

$45 value of a bouquet of flowers l picked and arranged from a local farm Patchwork Flower Farm with real butterflies preserved in it!

I finally found a butterfly!! I got these three painted ladies that passed naturally by someone who raised them. Then on the way home I spotted the spicebush swallowtail in the middle of the road- pulled over and stopped traffic to run and grab it! He's still alive but just barely hanging on. I'll give him a good life till he passes.

Channel your grief into your butterflies and make art with that. Says my sister. ...
But like how.. it's butterflies?

Well my friends, here is my grief in moth form.
Every flower/piece of "greenery" in here, I either foraged or were given. I spent months drying them. I raised the Luna and she came out with wet spots (now black dots on her wings) so she had set backs and while laying eggs she tethered her wings.
The background is all the words l still want to say to him, the dandelions are all the wishes I still hold on to but they will never blow away in the wind, never coming true. I'm still trying to stop and smell the roses but now that he's gone, every garden looks dull. The burning spots are like old movie tape, that life before is gone forever and it's time for the next scene. The splatters are of tear drops made with the coffee l have to drink to stay awake because it's hard to sleep at night.

I'm still trying to fly despite how worn out l am and l can't see it now but someday, I'll reach a garden that is green again.

I think I'll make a whole series ( l have several deformed or withered moths and dried a good amount of flowers).

💔 A Gentle Update from Autistic Artisan 💔

Koby, my beloved service dog, best friend, and love of my life passed away. My whole life has changed and it's been a HARD adjustment in every aspect.

Many of you got the chance to meet him at shows—whether you gave him a pat, a smile, saw his tricks, or just shared in the joy he brought me. Thank you. The love and kindness you’ve shown to him over the years has meant a lot. I'm devastated to say he won't be joining me at events moving forward.

I want to ask for a little extra grace at events. Without him, things are a lot louder and a lot harder for me. As someone who’s autistic, Koby helped me feel grounded, supported, and gave me an escape . I’m still learning how to navigate the world without him.

So if I seem a little less chatty, a little off, or just a bit weirder than usual—I promise I'm trying my best.

If you feel led to support, donations toward his medical bills are deeply appreciated. I financed thousands so l could afford the treatment he needed. My venmo is -w-1 (the last 4 of my phone number are 1752.) I am also turning on the tipping question on card purchases.

Please dont ask how l am, l will stright up cry at shows. I'm holding on, and I know I'm not alone; Jesus has been carrying me through every step.

Thank you for the love you’ve shown both of us over the years. He truly was the heart of my little business, and I miss him more than words can express.
