The Lane County Fair starts next Wednesday!
For some kids, it’s not about the bright lights, loud concerts, or carnival rides. It’s about the animals they’ve spent months raising and caring for.
Long before the fair gates open, these kids have already put in countless hours, waking up before school to feed, clean pens, exercise, train, and care for their animals. They pour their hearts into giving them the very best life possible.
As you walk through the barns this year, take a moment to appreciate the dedication, responsibility, and hard work behind every project. Every animal represents months of commitment and pride.
These young exhibitors are our future. Stop by, ask questions, encourage them, and if you have the opportunity, support them at the livestock auction on July 25th starting at 1:00pm.
