Joe's been lying to get power since the 70's, his running again in 2024 despite saying he wouldn't shouldn't be a surprise. It's unfortunate, but his mental acuity has been an obvious issue his entire presidency. Problem is that he's the elected president, he and he alone has the authority to make decisions. So who's running the presidency, making decisions the past couple years? Doesn't that circumvent the constitution? Why are we allowing this?
