Happy Anniversary to us. 😄 We had a fantastic day exploring and enjoying nature. My honey took me to clear lake up the McKenzie River. It’s so cool. We got to see where the spring bubbles up from the earth to fill the lake and then the river. I will say that I over did the walking today with my problem ankle but was it worth it? Absolutely! Hopefully I don’t pay for it over the next couple of days 😝. The tandem kayak was so much fun. The water is so clear and so blue. Wow. Finished it all up with a good dinner out thanks to my sis. This sale is done.
Good morning all you fabulous followers. Just a little note about this weekends estate sale.
There are a lot of stairs in and out of this home. Only the garage is at street level.
Also, you have to park on the Main Street and walk into the townhouse complex.

The “rules”
No Sign-up
Parking on the street -walk up the driveway into the townhouse complex -Please don’t block driveways!
House is full of stairs, only the garage is at street level.
NO public bathroom.
Bring help for large item carry out
Forms of payment: Cash and Card [the card has a 3% convenience fee added to the sale]

Furniture including two leather recliners, vintage dining set, curio, queen bed, bookcase and some end tables. Men’s and women’s clothing, shoes and accessories. . He’s on the smaller side and she has a range of M-XL. Linens, lamps and books. Lots of kitchen items, pots and pans, dishes and more.
Patio pieces, bird cage, artwork and mirrors. Fun mix of home décor, including teacup collection, figurines, and decorative plates. . Record albums.
Washer and Dryer (whirlpool)
Yard tools, hand tools, gun holsters, pet items, ladder and garden cart.

Everything is priced to move and help clean out.

Happy beautiful Sunday. Spring days go by so fast. I’m trying to enjoy the weather, the new flowers and all the projects that come with this time of year. I thought I had just posted something, but no, 3 days have gone by 😂 since my last. I guess I got caught up with something. How about you? What steals your attention? A few of my favorite things at the shop in my booth .vintage.industry I hope you can pop in to see all the vintage goodness I have found and take home a piece for yourself to enjoy. ☺️ I definitely have been blessed lately with some beautiful finds and that why I call it And yes, I know that not everything is old, some things are just pretty or cute and I just have to tuck them in. My booth was in dire need of…. A Change,a fill, whatever you want to call it, it needed it. One long night later, and I have it rearranged, stuffed and fluffed. With amazing and patient help of my husband, I thankfully wasn’t there doing it all. Which I couldn’t with some of that furniture we brought in. He continually shlepped stuff back and forth as I stacked and filled all the shelves. I’m so happy we finally got it done, it’s needed it for a couple weeks. Whew 😅. I still have more to go in, but I’m sadly out of room, so go shopping please and thank you! ☺️
