🚨 TRAFFIC ADVISORY – FREEDOM ON MAIN 🚨
The Springville Police Department, with assistance from the Springville Fire Department and Springville Public Works, will be closing portions of Main Street (US Highway 11) on Saturday, June 27, 2026, beginning at 2:30 p.m. for Springville's First Annual Freedom on Main event.
The roadway closure is necessary to ensure the safety of citizens and visitors attending this family-friendly community celebration.
⛔ Road Closures (2:30 p.m. – approximately 9:45 p.m.):
• US 11 @ Aderholt Street
• US 11 @ Robinson Street
Springville Police Officers will be stationed at each closed intersection to assist and redirect motorists. Barricades will be placed at all designated intersections.
🚗 Motorists traveling through downtown Springville should expect delays and are encouraged to seek alternate routes during the event.
🚛 Please note that 18-wheelers and other commercial tractor-trailers will not be permitted to travel through the Springville business district during event hours. Drivers should plan alternate routes accordingly.
🎆 Please note that beginning at 8:45 p.m., Park Avenue will be closed due to the fireworks show. Motorists are encouraged to avoid the area and plan alternate routes accordingly.
📢 Vendor Information
• Vendors may begin entering the event area at 2:30 p.m. to set up.
• All vendors must be fully set up by 3:30 p.m.
• The event area will be closed to all incoming and outgoing vehicle traffic at 3:30 p.m.
Vendor Instructions:
• Vendors should arrive at their assigned location by 2:30 p.m.
• Vendors may unload supplies and equipment, then move their vehicles outside the event perimeter for parking.
• No vendor vehicles will be permitted to enter or exit the event area after 3:30 p.m.
• Vendors will not be permitted to leave until pedestrian traffic has cleared Main Street following the event.
• In the event of an emergency, vendors requiring departure will be escorted from the venue by a Springville Police unit.
