Things are moving along swimmingly at the storefront! New back door is installed and it’s a beaut. Thanks to for all the amazing transformations they’ve helped us make at our storefront. The biggest thank you to Trussville Moms Service Collective for spending their Friday volunteering with us at our ShopWell storefront. From cleaning to pressure washing to spackling and taping windows, these ladies helped us make so much progress today. We’re so grateful for their hearts to serve and help make this storefront dream a reality.

Keep following along as we continue to build out this space as we closer and closer to our grand opening!

We’re only a few months away from opening our ShopWell storefront and we need your help!! Here are 3 ways to help us make things happen:

1. Buy something (or lots of something’s) from our Amazon Wish List to get us up and running. Link to purchase is in our profile and we’re SO grateful for any contribution, big or small.

2. Donate clothing or shoes with tags still on for our upscale secondhand clothing area that will be a central feature at our storefront. DM us for details on how to donate.

3. VOLUNTEER! We have lots of great opportunities to serve at the storefront to help get it all ready to open and we’d love for you to volunteer. From exterior landscaping and cleaning to painting furniture and so much more, we’d love for you to grab a team of friends, coworkers or your small group to come serve with us. DM us for more details.

We’re excited to keep you posted on all the updates to our lovely space…and in the mean time, get involved with us in one of these ways!

After months of prepping and planning and setbacks and back and forth’s, we have FINALLY started demo on our ShopWell Storefront. We’re having way too much fun smashing into walls and filling up our dumpster and can’t wait to share our progress as we go!

Handcrafted goods by empowered artisans, ShopWell is an online store featuring items made by survivors of human trafficking at The WellHouse. Each unique piece encourages healing, restoration, and independence.

The WellHouse is a residential recovery program for victims of human trafficking who have been sexually exploited. While survivors go through the WellHouse’s long-term recovery program “Next Steps to Freedom,” they are empowered to work at ShopWell, where they earn an income to gain independence and save for the future. Your purchase directly impacts their life.
