One thing I’ve learned over the years is that making space isn’t just about organizing your home. It’s also about organizing your life.

Every summer, I intentionally slow down. I spend more time with my boys, say yes to pool days, ice cream runs, and as much travel as we can fit in. I try not to rush through a season that goes by way too fast.

Don’t get me wrong, I still love helping my clients create homes they love, but I’ve realized I can do that even better when I’ve taken time to recharge.

This is your reminder that it’s okay to leave a few things unchecked on the to-do list. The laundry will wait. Summer won’t. How are you making space for what matters most this season?
