🔫🔫 Ten years ago I put together this little collection in the kitchen of my apartment. I was proud of it, more than anything I’d ever done up to that point. Its because it was the last time I would design in this way - the last collection I sewed myself, the last time my patterns were just ok enough, the last time I celebrated styling as the focus of the collection. This was the collection that started my brand. Though few ever saw this story play out on a runway, it was the first chapter in my book. 🔫🔫

* Creating with other creatives
* Paying attention to all of those tiny details is crucial when styling a shoot & I love having that watchful eye.
* The way things go together - that story telling has always been fascinating to me.
* I think my favorite part is seeing how the finished product differs from what the naked eye was seeing.
Photography is such a powerful art form.
