Have you ever wanted to work in a super cute and curated vintage boutique?
I need a hand for the fall + winter season that is rapidly approaching! I am currently looking for part time seasonal help starting September-December with *potential* room for growth and opportunity.
I would love if you have some knowledge of vintage clothing, styling, and basic fitting. I am looking for someone who is like minded, friendly, outgoing, and can read the room. If you have any skills in content creation and social media, that’d be a huge plus!
Responsibilities Include:
* Providing excellent customer service by greeting all guests, identifying customer’s needs/wants and building rapport using open ended questions, offering help with sizes/styles, etc
* Ability in helping hit sales goals using suggestive selling techniques, product knowledge, and social media tools
* Managing daily sales and transactions through Shopify with accuracy, processing payments using cash, credit/debit cards, and gift cards
* Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards: dusting, sweeping, straightening racks, cabinets, and displays
Skills and Qualifications:
* Clear and effective communication with myself, customers, and answering the shop phone
* Some vintage clothing/style knowledge
* Warm and friendly demeanor with a creative side
* Dependability and flexibility with scheduling (weekend availability is required)
* Good organizational skills and attention to detail
* Retail or service industry experience is appreciated but not required
