Dropping off livestock after the fair?
Please be sure your animals have:
✔️ Ear tag numbers listed
OR
✔️ A visible ID marking (paint works just fine!)

Heads up: If the drop-off line is long, feel free to come inside and talk to our front staff about your processing. We’re happy to help and answer any questions!

🥩 Don’t let the price tag scare you before you see what’s inside.

A quarter beef is estimated at $1,300, but you’re not just buying hamburger.

You’re filling your freezer with approximately:
🥩 40 lbs. ground beef
🥩 Ribeyes
🥩 T-Bones or NY Strips
🥩 Sirloins
🥩 Roasts
🥩 Ribs
🥩 And more.

That’s roughly $11 a day over four months for locally processed beef, custom cut exactly how your family likes it.

Every animal is different, so the final cut quantities will always vary based on the size and yield of the beef—but the goal is always the same: sending you home with a freezer full of quality.

➡️ Join the party in the park and find Stanhope Locker’s booth for our World Famous Jerky.

➡️ Eat all the watermelon.

✨ It’s our first year ever setting up in the park, and we can’t wait to spend one of Stanhope’s favorite traditions with all of you.

Basically... no matter where you are on Watermelon Day, there’s a pretty good chance we’ll have jerky nearby. 😎🥩🍉
