Today was a great day! I was able to bring my dad home after 19 days in Wichita. He had the best team of nurses, doctors and surgeons while at St. Francis. It was hard on him to leave some of his favorites, thank God for them!

He is situated in rehab, and I’m excited to see him get his strength back. As we crossed the county line we both admitted that when we left on July 2nd, we were unsure if he’d ever make it back to Allen county again.

Thank you all for the calls, text, messages, and most of all the prayers. His faith was what brought him through this, no doubt. 🧡

Update!! I really wanted this to be the final update from Wichita- BUT- if you know my dad, you know he can never follow the rules…. Sounds like he’ll be here over the weekend at least. Say a prayer that our local option has a bed for him after this for his rehab.
So far this year he’s survived influenza B, pneumonia, lots and lots of my driving, the NMRMC buyout of Ashley Clinic and everything that came with that near death experience-literally, 3 blood transfusions, CT scans, upper and lower scopes, 7 hours in surgery and recovery, nurse strike, traveling nurses and everything in between. I should not be surprised when things don’t go as planned. What a year, hopefully the next 6 months get better for him!

This week is going to be the same as last week. My dad is in the hospital in Wichita awaiting a life saving surgery, and I will be with him instead of having a show this week. Please stay tuned for updates, and say a quick prayer for my dad to get this surgery, and make it though. Thank you ALL!!

I know you get to used to watching Whatnot shows on certain days, it’s just like your favorite tv show but even better!!

This week I moved my show due to an unexpected medical issue with a very close family member of mine. I’m also supposed to be on my first raid train on July 5th, but unsure if I’ll be able to do that. Please keep my family in your prayers. I appreciate my vintage community, and hope to be back in action soon! 🧡
