Let me tell you a lore about this dress.
One I've always told and keep telling again and again.
I made this dress for one of the most important days of my life.
Like most crocheters, I fantasized almost all year about wearing one of my creations on this day.
I thought about it long and hard before I mustered the courage to start this enormous project about some weeks to D-day (in retrospect, I'd say the dress took about 6 weeks of handiwork).
I drafted the style conceived in my mind.
Then stitch by stitch, flower by flower, bead by bead, while doing one of the most under appreciated jobs to humanity, I fashioned a masterpiece worthy to be worn while securing one of the greatest and most cherished partnerships in the world.:-)
