Hours of Operation
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Holidays: Closed
Communications: Messages and emails are answered the next business day
Orders and Inquiries
Inquiries are not orders
Paid invoices indicate confirmed orders
Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround: 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
INVENTORY
We maintain limited inventory and do not keep large quantities on hand. Many items, including hats and specialty-colored shirts, are made to order and have to be ordered.
Services and Alterations
Alterations: Not offered
Product scope: We ONLY provide sewing items that are posted on our social media pages
Designs and Copyright
Customization: If you share a design you like, we will customize it with slight modifications to suit you
Copy policy: We do not copy another’s work verbatim to avoid copyright issues
Incentive Program
Refer 3 or more customers who place orders and receive 2 items for free
Details of referral items are discussed after the referred purchases are completed
Digitizing and Embroidery Pricing
Pricing depends on design detail and size
Digitizing fee: One-time charge only (not charged for digitizing every time design is stitched)
