Statesboro, we are officially opening our second location this August, and we are looking for a visionary leader to help us build it from the ground up! This isn’t a maintenance role—it’s a rare, ground-floor opportunity to launch a brand-new boutique, cultivate an elite sales team, and set the energy from day one.

What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of retail management experience (bridal, formalwear, or fashion retail is highly preferred).
A proven track record of coaching a sales team to smash goals and close with confidence.
A data-driven mindset—someone comfort pulling numbers, analyzing ratios, and scheduling strategically.
A leader who leads by example on the floor and brings the hype to Saturday morning huddles.
Full-time availability, including mandatory weekend availability (Saturdays are our peak magic days!).
Flexibility to travel to our Dublin, GA location for weekend shadowing during the pre-opening period.
