Wednesday 6pm: Gypsy Hill Park with the Staunton Roadrunners
Thursday 6am: Sunrise on Bells Lane (meet at Commerce end)
Sunday 8am: Slow As $ #*! 5k Training (group 1) and SAS Alumni (group 2), GHP Staunton
Feel free to bagel run this Saturday but we will be at the SAYMCA 8k!
