Yall are gonna be in for a treat with SOS Creations. To celebrate how hard ive worked to get back up and running again, Im gonna post national days and awareness month designs for fun. Its crazy to see what national days are out there and what we can put on tshirts or make a sticker out of.
Also in near future, we will have major events going on!!!!!
Here at SOS Creations, I put together quite a bit of designs and thoughts into helping others and the community. July will help ease into our huge events coming up.
August is:
•Overdose Awareness month, for every product that is sold, with anything representing the awareness, 10% of proceedings will be donated to locally rehab centers, lifelines or to partnerships for others to get naloxone or to receive help for whenever they are ready.
•Breastfeeding month, for every product that represents breastfeeding (or even the body part itself, designs will be shown for it) 10% proceedings will be donated to the local health departments for the WIC program or to salvation army for pregnant/nursing months for formula, clothing or bedding.
•National wellness month, any approved design sold, 10% proceedings will be donated to Sinissippi Centers to help with clothing, housing, etc.
•August 7th is National Purple Heart Day. 15% of proceedings of designs sold on that day will be donated to the Purple Heart Foundation.
More days to follow that are just as important.
September is:
•Su***de Prevention and Awareness Month: 25% of design sales will be donated to 988, Hope For the Day, Stop Soldier Su***de, and the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention.
•World Alzheimers month: 10% of proceedings will be donated to Alzheimers Association.
•Childhood Cancer Awareness month: Gold ribbon to represent. 30% of proceedings will be donated to St. Judes Children's research hospital.
October is:
•Domestic Violence Awareness month: 30% of proceedings will be split as equal as possible to shelters in local area, Sinissippi Centers, Salvation Army, Survivor Justice Center, ICADV, YWCA, and every single local area that helps with domestic violence survivors and families. This means a lot to me because everything i experienced with my exhusband in 2025. I didnt receive the help from programs or the local police departments. I wanna help make sure that any man, woman and/or family will be able to receive help with any donations the programs receive.
•National Breast Cancer Awareness month: every 6 shirts sold, i will donate a free tshirt to a breast cancer survivor/fighter and also, donate 10% of proceedings to Stand Up to Cancer, American Cancer Society and/or BCRF.
•National Down Syndrome Awareness month: I have a child with down syndrome so this one also hits close to home. 21% of proceedings will be donated to National Down Syndrome Society, Global Down Syndrome Foundation, and/or local organizations like GiGi's playhouse.
November is:
•National Epilepsy Awareness month. 10% of proceedings will be donated to Epilepsy Foundation.
December is of course:
•National safe toys and gifts month. 20% of proceedings from ANY design, ANY product, sold between December 1st to December 15th, will be donated to toys for tots and salvation army.
Etc etc etc.
Seems like a lot, right? Well, dont worry. I'll be making new posts on the days/months that they start. This post is just a friendly "let you know ahead of time" kinda thing.
In the mean time, we are working on shipping and the cost so if you aint local, you can still be apart of this awesome event. Links to donation websites will also be posted on the post of designs for the awareness months, so if you dont wanna purchase a products but still wanna donate to the cause, you will have the ability to still be a part of helping in your own way.
For any small business owners that are local around me and wanna help or collab, please dont hesitate to contact me via messenger or by phone, preferably text if possible. Hopefully we can make a difference and help quite a bit of families, in their time of need, for the rest of the year of 2026.
